Guy TURQUET de BEAUREGARD, a nuclear physicist by education, has begun his career as research physicist at the CEA (Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique) in France and at Los Alamos National laboratory in the USA. In 1989, he joined CEA-Industrie management (today Areva), the holding company of CEA, in charge of New Technologies Business Development. In 1991 and 1992, he was appointed as Adviser for New technologies, Post and Telecom at the French Prime minister office. In 1992, he joined CIS bio international, a nuclear medicine and bioassay company, and became Managing Director in 1994. In 2011, he was nominated Public Affairs Vice-President for IBA Molecular, mother company since 2007 of CIS bio international. Guy has been member of different boards as of CILAS, laser company in France anf of BULL, computer company in France. He is currently member of the board of GIP Sources HA, the JV between CEA and CIS bio international for radioactive sources decommissioning.
